CUTTING CHAMBER

The cutting chambers are made entirely of high quality steel. CNC machined and ground before assembly. Long life is ensured by the use of heavy wall sections and high grade material that will not contaminate the material being ground. The design allows for easy disassembly, repair and maintenance. 

ROTOR

The rotors are manufactured from high tensile steel and are balanced for stable running. The rotors are manufactured with scissor cut action. The Rotor design allows for easy removal and set-up of the blades and gives a consistent particle size. Transmission system: Belt and pulley driven, Drive Motor 30 kW, Star-Delta start.

BLADES

Blades are manufactured from either D2 or D3 material and are through hardened to give maximum resistance and durability on the cutting edge. 

SCREEN

The long life screens are manufactured from high strength, high grade material. 

Hopper

The hoppers are enclosed with sound proofing material to reduce the noise levels. Double row curtains are provided in the hopper mouth to minimise throw back during operation. Screen and cutting chamber access: Pneumatic assisted opening system.

MACHINE

Avian G46 Series Granulators are completely enclosed with soundproofing materials to reduce noise levels.

Indeed Dancer Roller with pneumatic tensioning of indeed skeletal waste film.

Cooling system: Water-based with rotary coupling.

Extraction system: 4kW Enclosed Blower

Standard Bearings, should be locally available

Safety interlocks & fully enclosed with sound proofing.

Infeed driven rollers with variable AC-drive, moveable roller closing with Pneumatic Cylinder.

Extra safety opening to feed finished reject products.

Control Cabinet mounted on the Grinder.

400 V 3ph 50 Hz
