3 x Driven Feed Rubber Rollers for positive feed to the Heating Chamber.

3 x Guide Rods water cooled, to guide Cups inside the Heater Chamber

Enclosed IR-Heating Chamber Capacity 18.5 kW, Heaters with Temperature Controls.

3 x Tempered Driven Brass Screws to Roll the Rims. Length of each Screw - 200 to 500 mm, depending on the Product, Screw speeds upto 850 rpm continuously variable.

Cup dias. Ø 60 to 100 mm
