WEYHMÜLLER CBU-ISO 10332 automatic COMBIPACK Machine for the application of Pre-Printed Blanks onto Round Cup/ Rectangular Container Walls,

Age 2017 only used for ca. 8000 hrs. 

The Combipack Thin-Walled Cup/ Containers (Products) use up to 60% less material than conventional thermoformed Products, the applied paper Blanks provide stability & strength. The Paper Blanks can be easily separated for recycling purposes.

Machine Consisting of:-

• Elevator Tray Feeder

• Cup/ Container In-Feed Conveyor

• Universal 4 x Screw Denester

• Indexing Turret with 8 x Mandrels

• Turret Indexes to: 

Cup/ Container infeed Station, Blank Feeder Station, Glue application Station, Blank Forming/ Folding Station, Glue Drying Station, Cup/ Container Bottom Labelling Position, Counter/ Stacker Station

• Pre-printed Blanks horizontal accumulator In-Feed Conveyor to:

• Vertically stacked Blanks Magazine Feeder

• Automatic removal of single Blanks from the Magazine onto a Feeder Conveyor to the Cold Glue Applicator Station

• 3 x Postion Glue Application Station with individual Glue-Tanks and Pumps

• Blank Forming/ Folding Station to Form/ Fold Blanks around the Cup/ Container (on Mandrel) followed by contact heat drying resulting in a strong bond between the Products & Blanks but at the same time the paper Blanks are also easy to separate from the Thin-Wall Containers for recyling purposes.

• Cup/ Container bottom Labelling Unit

• Quality Control Station with Bar Code Reader, Bottom Label monitoring Camera and Blanks Side-Seam Seal monitoringCamera.

• If the Bar Code Reader, Bottom Label & Side-Seam Cameras results do not correspond to reference Parameters the Products are sent to the Reject Conveyor.

• 4 x Universal Screw Product re-stacking Unit 

• Counter/ Stacker Station with Ejector Conveyor

** Machine is setup for Rectangular Containers but is also suitable for Round Cups by replacing Format Parts.

The Line was dismantled without making a Video of the Line in production but it is in "as new condition".
