Brief refurbishment details are as follows:-

• Illig replaced the main camshaft with a new reinforced main camshaft & the chassis on which the shaft under the mold is mounted was reinforced as well i.e. a Major upgrade to the Forming Station. 
• During the Upgrade, a new Hydraulic Pump was installed, the old pump was reconditioned and is included as a spare unit. A report for the maintenance of the complete Hydraulic System is available. 
• A new Rittal Control Cabinet cooling unit, supplied by ILLIG was added in May-2023
• A copy of the Software is also available on a USB Drive.
